So, at this given current time im working on a small project. A LED Panel, something small, compact, and to use for directional lighting.
NOTE: Please only comment down below if you actually know what your talking about. I have a feeling this will work eitherway, but id like opinions aswell on if it will or what changes should or could be made.
I have 60 White 3.3-3.5v LEDs, wired up on a circuit board, and im looking to get these LEDs to run from a 12vDC battery out puts 13.0c, and is a 12vDC7Ah/20Hr battery.
However, my circuit board is set up like this...
(Reason i ask this is so that i dont test it and it blows all LEDs. or the battery

For each row of 10 LEDs i would like to add 1 resistor or i could do for each 5 LEDs per column.
Question i have is would this be as equivalent as the above shown diagram from thus Circuit Site!?!
My main goal is to have this powered by a 12vDC battery with perhaps a dial dimmer aswell, however its a 5k dial.
