Error 80023017 when trying to log in online

I haven't used my ps3 in a while and i figured i'd relive some good moments. As i try to log in, the error 80023017 pops up, and prevents me from logging in online. I have changed CIDs, I have changed "NP environment" to "np", but no result. Any help? Appreciated.
