Force NTSC/PAL output on my old tv(without HDMI)

Im on habib 4.55 cobra cfw and ive already done this back when i was on rebug 4.46 when changing ps3 region forces both the output at the xmb and in games... but on habib, it doesnt apply in games, i mean it doesnt force the output in game and depends on the region of the game i was about to play... for example, black ops 2 which is BLUS31011 and is definitely on PAL wont work on my old non-hdmi NTSC tv... Is there any workaround for this?? tnx guys...
