Freezing ps3

Guys please help I'm running 4.50 ita dex and every 3 or 4 games my console freezes it started about a week and a half ago

I have my ps3 sitting on a stand with a fan going out the window and it's snowing outside

Hmm, have you monitored the temperature?

Yeah I just spent 6 hours taking blue ray drive apart and clean abit of dust of and put it back together and the tempature is seems to be fine now but not sure about the freezing the problem
