  • Download and Install Visual Studio 2010
  • Download and Install PS3 SDK 3.60
  • If you have ProDG TM installed it will auto uninstall it and replace it with the version PS3 SDK 3.60 requires.
  • Once visual studio is installed Disconnect your internet access from your PC and double click the PS3 SDK 3.60 Offline Installer , Follow all the steps the installation wizards require.
  • Open visual studio File>New>Project and You should see SCE, Click it >> PS3 >> PPU Project >> PRX.
