PS3 Ghosts (De-Unlock All?)

Is there a tool to make a full account fresh start where you can lock challenges and go to level 1? Because if your account already got an unlock all you can't reunlock challenges and you level really slow. Basically a Lock All tool.

im not a dev, but you could do the unlock all on fresh acc to see which offsets get changed and reset all these "changes" on your acc so you have a fresh start (live reverting the unlock all bytes)

would i have to use something like tmapi for this? or is there an easier way to do it?
