This got quite a bit of views somewhere else, so I'd like to see what can happen with this on here, hopefully someone will use it/
"Basically, this is just a premade handling.dat for people trying to drift and more, but to lazy to do it themselves".

This works together with a gtxd.ide which I will link below
* < click that for gtxd.ide
put in the common.rpf with the handling.dat, and if there is a vehicle.ide in your common.rpf delete it as it is no longer needed.
