GTA IV RAPID FIRE SPREAD

Does anyone know how to stop the spread of bullets when adjusting the fire rate of weapons on Iv? The crosshair gets bigger , which sucks . I tried to mix with a turbo controller but it only makes slower. If someone could help that would be nice .

Click the Star button
