Today I'm going to show you how to open and edit the DLC.edat of GTA V. 
Requirements:
- CFW Ps3 (obviously)
- Edat Rebuilder
- RPF Viewer
Decrypt the file:
Step 1: Extract both files to desktop.
Step 2: Open Edat Rebuilder and drag DLC.edat in edat folder. image
Step 3: Run rebuilder and press 1image. After simply hit 1 again image
Step 4: Now its going to ask you for a Dev key license. The key is 12345678123456781234567812345678
enter the key, hit enter and wait until it will decrypt the file...
Step 5: When it's done open edat folder from Edat Rebuilder and you will have two folder (DLC.edat and DLC.dat)
Mod the file:
Step 1: Run RPF Viewer press Playstation 3. Now press Open locate the edat folder of Edat Rebuilder and type in DLC and open DLC.dat image . Right click on any file and extract it.
Now double click on the extracted file. I use Notepad++, but you can use the notepad from windows.
From here mod whatever do you want..
Step 2: After modding the file, go back to RPF Viewer and right click on a blank spot and hit import file and import your modded file.
Step 3: Press Save As and save the file to the desktop and let the file name to DLC.
Encrypt the file:
First, move all the current file in edat folder somewhere.
Step 1: Take your modded DLC.dat and drag it to edat folder from Edat Rebuilder.
Step 2: Run rebuilder, press 2 after press 1.
Step 3: It's going to ask you for Content ID. If your game is from US the Content ID is UP1004-BLUS31156_00-GTAVTITLEUPDATER and if your game is UK the Content ID is EP1004-BLES01807_00-GTAVTITLEUPDATER, but if you modded a DLC.edat over another DLC.edat you going to use the same one from the original modded DLC.edat. To find that, right click on the original modded DLC.edat and open it with Notepad++, the Content ID is located at the 1st line you can't miss it http://www.*************.com/forums/images/smilies/newset1/wink.gif.
Step 4: After you enter the Content ID it's going to ask your for the Dev Key license.
The key:12345678123456781234567812345678
Step 5: When it's done, close rebuilder or click a to abort and you will be back to main menu of rebuilder.
Step 6: Now press 3 for fast rebuild and press 1. Re-enter the Dev Key license.
Done!
