GTA V online screen blurry

GTA V online screen gone blurry? so I have a menu and I can mod gta but now when I go online I get a blurry screen. I can open the menu but I cant move or do anything with the player. so the screen is all blurry and I really want to no how to fix it.

Ah i have this problem as well i found the problem to be because of the menu, if you re-install the update for GTA and do the online tutorial then put the menu back on you will be able to load online or just set your rank to 120 or so then back out.
