These are the things I have found so far (comment if I have missed anything) :
Business Dlc:
• 3 new cars, the Dinka Jester, Grotti Turismo and the Albany Alpha.
• A new plane the Vestra.
• 2 new guns the Heavy Pistol and Special Carbine.
• 5 new horns added based on classic music.
• New money themed tattoos, you can now have your crew emblem as a tattoo.
• New hockey mask skins.
• Various rarer cars are now be able to purchase from the Internet(such as asea the sticker bomb car).
• New business themed clothing.
• New gestures added(Air thrust, Dock, Knuckle crunch).
Main Changes:
• Removed buying gunsenburg MG option(which disappeared from the inventory right now).
• Removed buying Roosevelt (car) option.
• Players are now able to view joined player's info even if they are not host.
• Green tire and Purple tire smoke now available to purchase In LSC.
• Winner's action in jobs has improved slightly.
• Added several action options to interaction menu.
• Option to turn off slipstream in races.
• SP to MP glitch still works with lag switch.
• Vehicles with NOS are still in the garage,only NOS is removed.
• Stolen cars now sell at normal value.
• Quick GPS now shows your apartment name.
• New website has been added : www.visitthealamasea.com.
• The GTA Online logo when switching characters has been changed.
• Complex car duping glitches have been patched.
• Freemode content creator glitch has been patched.
• Race Payouts have been restored to Pre-Patch adjustments.
• ''Outfit'' option added to Ponsobys, however no clothing is available.
• When you get a tattoo, a circular blank spot appears on the Player's chest.
