# char must be 30 days old or more after char created. (Real time)
# under level 500( tested level 899)
# money 500 million max (balance) tested 1billion
# modded outfit , fast run( work)
# using any recovery

For new account :
# max lvl 200
# 500million max

30 day wait was removed I modded a crap ton of ps3 accounts yesterday and gave them to people to transfer to ps4 and Xbox one
