PS3 GTA5 was using 2 different ps3s at time ofw and cfw but ofw got ban

i was on gta5 had both of my ps3s on one is cfw and my ofw ps3. i wanted to drop a few million so i can buy some cars on a account i only used a few times on gta5. the server idk why was lagging really bad when i was trying to buy some cars. so i end up turning both ps3s off after the ofw ps3 froze. i came back later on my ofw ps3 when on gta said i was ban until the 9/28/2016
i was like wtf i reloaded gta same bam message i try my other accounts same ban message i check my email for the account i was on the ofw ps3 said my account was flagged with ticket number console ban report at the top
