I can't seem to sign up for the site to get this to make new console ID's, I was wondering if anyone else had any luck getting this and might share this application?

I found it just can't answer the security question using google translate to get an account to grab the link. It has been removed from all other sites I found this using googles cache function. I know it is legit and working now to find it hehehe
