Help finding an app called Console ID Finder (Arabic Application by ******)

I can't seem to sign up for the site to get this to make new console ID's, I was wondering if anyone else had any luck getting this and might share this application?

Here is where is can be found if one can navigate and make an account as google translate is of no help.

I found it just can't answer the security question using google translate to get an account to grab the link. It has been removed from all other sites I found this using googles cache function. I know it is legit and working now to find it hehehe
 
How do I know this I was a marine back in 2006 3 years on field first year I was a computer programer n some of my buddys use to do this
