[HELP] GTA 5 tool for lobbies? [HELP]

Hey CC peoples!!!!,
So ive been doing a lot of self modding on GTA and what not, but I have a lot of good friends I would like to hook up with cash and rank and what not, but it seems that any tool I get, either is for myself only, or such as K&K freezes my PS3.

Can anyone link me to a good tool to use for modding lobbies or players? Thanks!

Your gonna want to use the Mod Menu with fix as it lets you give them money! Now 1.14 is around the corner so decide to do it sooner then later...
