(Help) Ps3 online with 4.55 spoofer for Rogero 4.46

Hey,
So i am new to this thread and i am a noob at this topic. I am on 4.46 Rogero CEX, using 4.55 spoofer by DEV Blind team. So yesterday i went online for the first time without any Public or Private CID i went with my own CID which is not yet banned. I played 1 game of Fifa 14 (external hard drive backup.. Now i want to play GTA V and COD Ghosts online so can anybody help me, i don't mind buying new Private CID's.
I also want to know the difference between CEX and DEX and which is better and why. (Give me a good tutorial if i should move to dex and the pro's and the cons of each)
Let me know if anyone is selling Private CID's or if i can get public cid's to play gta v and cod ghosts.
