Help with Logging in please

I have modded PS3 and 8 out of 10 times it wont let me log in to the PSN on GTAV it says due to parental controls I have them all off...I have had this console for about 2 months now and it just started doing this yesterday...Now I am NO computer wiz like some of you I just like playing with a modded console...but if anyone has any advice please respond thank you..
