How do i get console id from reference tool ps3?

Hi guys, i have here a 4.46 reference tool ps3 console and i've been figuring out how to get the console id as my CFW console's id has been banned.
Any help here? I tried installing and launching PSIDpatch(both cex and dex) but it gave me an error when i tried to launch.
