How do i make back ups? someone help :D

Hey guys, I'm looking to put one of my new mod menu's on a backup for a few friends so they can test it for me...

Is there anyway I can still do this? I have a super slim on the latest update!

I used to know things like this but I quit the modding scene a while ago and want to get back into it
