How do u get a CID region?

How u get the region part of a CID so it 00000001008xx like i got the last 16 letters wat do i put before tht wen i try to set as my CID it just says error.

You can't get a CID randomly.. It's normal it says error. You thought it was so simple?

Console ID`s can be found if you flash a Playstation 3, and open the bkpps3.bin file.

Console ID`s can not be generated randomly because the Console ID`s are generated within sony`s database, using 32 chars.
