Steps
  1. 1
Create a folder on your PC called "vsh".

  2. 2
Inside that folder, create another folder called "resource".

  3. 3
Put the coldboot.raf and coldboot ac3 files inside this "resource" folder.(google to obtain your desired raf and ac3 files)

  4. 4
Close the folder and go to the "vsh" folder.

  5. 5
Right click on it and make a zip file of it and call it "PS3~dev_blind.zip".

  6. 6
Put this zip file in the root of a USB stick.

  7. 7
Boot up multiMAN and go to settings; enable "write access to dev\flash".

  8. 8
Using the multiMAN file manager, go to the contents of that USB stick and double-click on the zip file in it.

  9. 9
After the necessary files are over-written, just re-start your PS3 to enjoy the new coldboot screen/sounds!
  10. Enjoy @ TyqaDMT
