How to create your own custom rpf.

You will LibertyV-r25 For PS3 & Xbox360 [GTA 5 RPF Viewer] google it and download.
You will also need Notepad++.

First open your update.rpf file using the GTA V RPF Viewer.
Next you want to export the tunables.json file located in the common/data/tune section.
After you extract it right click on the file and open with notepad++.


It should look something like this.

"CARMOD_SHOP_MULTIPLIER": [{"value": 1.0}], edit these to 0.01 to get everything for next to nothing

"MAX_HEALTH_MULTIPLIER": [{"value": 1.0}], change this to 9999 for god mode

"XP_MULTIPLIER": [{"value": 10000.0}], change these to whatever you want for instant lvl 100 put it how I have it and rob a store.
"CASH_MULTIPLIER": [{"value": 1.0}], change this and rob stores to share millions with friends

"BADSPORT_NUMDAYS_2ND_OFFENCE": [{"value": 0}], put all these values to zero to never get bad

"MAX_HEALTH_MULTIPLIER": [{"value": 1.0}], change this to 9999 for god mode
"MAX_HEALTH_MULTIPLIER": [{"value": 1.0}], change this to 9999 for god mode
"HEALTH_REGEN_RATE_MULTIPLIER": [{"value": 1.0}],
"HEALTH_REGEN_MAX_MULTIPLIER": [{"value": 1.0}],


"MAX_CASH_GIFT_LIMIT": [{"value": 9999999999.0}], change this to give an unlimited amount of cash



After you modify this save it and delete the one inside the update.rpf file and import your modded file into the update.rpf.
