First you want to delete the 1.16 update.
Then Install the 1.05 pkg GTA 5 1.05 BLUS & BLES PKG Update + Debug Eboot Download here
Once install go to debug settings(in XMB, settings) and turn on gameupdate impose test
Load up gta and when it tells you to update to 0.00 press cancel, go to online then there just use GTAV[BLES/BLUS] - All Updates - BadChoicesZ Dumper / RTM tool [ CEX/DEX ] rtm tool
find a mission and apply what you need while in the mission and finish the mission!(make sure you get RP and MONEY from the mission)and then your done then just deleted the 1.05 update and turn off gameupdate impose test and your stuff should be stuck enjoy
