Hi guys I see a lot of people having this issue and I found out how to resolve it 
Here are the steps:
1. You will need a package file called PS3ITA Manager 1.51 Found Here: http://www.ps3ita.it/download/homebrew/PS3ITA_Manager_v1.51.pkg
2. Once you open it you will need to go to network settings. Now if you use your Original CID you will have to click Restore Original ID. If you use a different ID then you will haev to re-enter it. (You have to do this)
3. You will now need REBUG Toolbox. (Go to rebug.me to get it) And scroll all the way to the right then all the way down. You will have to set your EID to CEX. (Even if you swapped to DEX)
4. Enjoy PSN
Well here ya go guys, this is a very simple tutorial.
PLEASE NOTE: YOU HAVE TO DO THIS EVERY TIME YOU RESTART/TURN ON YOUR PS3 (It doesn't stick permanently)
