I only know one way for fat PS3, First you take that big thing apart. Second you get a heat gun. Third clean off the CPU/GPU with Rubbing alcohol. Forth you heat the GPU and CPU solder. Fifth you reball the solder..Watch on YT. Then father the GPU and CPU are reballed then you get some Thermal paste/ Arctic silver 5. Then you put a dot in the center of both CPU and GPU. Sixth you get a hard card and spread the paste on the GPU and CPU. Last clean the things the GPU and CPU sit on and re assemble the PS3.
