Okay, I ran accross this problem a day ago, you get a black screen or your tv will say no input, heres the fix,
Items needed:
Atleast 1GB Usb Stick
Brain
Eyes

1.Download 3.55OFW stick it in USB>UPDATE>PS3UPDAT.PUP
2.Hold your finger on the power button till it turns on then off,
Release, then repeat but let go when there are two rapid beeps within about a half a second gap.
3.Insert usb drive and your controller and press the home button.
4.Highlight Update software and press x
5.follow through the installation,
6.Your screen will go black after the first 100% DO NOT WORRY, the ps3 is rebooting to install the software, the screen will come back up.
6.5 Your ps3 may tell you your hard drive is messed up, just press X you wont loose any content.
7.When it's done up******, re-install Kmeaw and the spoofer
MAKE SURE YOU ONLY PRESS X ONCE To prevent this from happening again.
WAIT ATLEAST A MINUTE BEFORE YOU RESTART YOUR PS3.
