How to get on PSITA 4.50 (NOOB FRIENDLY)

This is a very Simple Tutorial. Avg Time is An Hour and a Half.

CFW USERS ONLY!.

Requirements
USB
Brain
CFW ps3

Warning!
Before you Start The Tutorial. Make sure THERE is no disc or Game Mounted. This is very Critical.
Also Make sure You understand Basic Things . such as How to install pkg Files, How to Install Custom Firmwares e.t.c


Step 1.

If You are on 4.30, 4.46 4.50 CFW. Use a downgrader to Get to 3.55

After You Have Installed The Downgrader You should be ON 3.55 CFW.

In order to Move on, You will need to De hash, At least you do If you used Rogero Downgrader.
Install 3.55 OFW to Dehash

After You have Installed 3.55 OFW. We will Now install Kmeaw 3.55

Everything Should go well and You should See Install Package Files .

Now we can Actually Begin Converting Your ps3 to DEX.

Install that and Run it. IT Should Black Screen and Restart Your PS3.

Then install EID Root Key Dumper .

IT Should also Blackscreen and Restart.

At This Point Install Multiman

Plug Your USB in. Then Proceed to MMOS/File Manager

Open two Tabs. One in DEV_HDDO and One in DEV_USB
Head to DEV_HDDO/TMP
You should See a File named eid_root_key.

Copy that eid_root_key to Your usb. Which is DEV_USB

Once that EID_ROOT_KEY is on Your usb.

Install REBUG 4.21. Thats all You need from 3.55 CFW.

Next comes the Part Most People have Problem with and a very Critical Part. IF You dont make valid Dump. You could Semi-Brick Your Console.

Before We Start First.
Go to Control Panel, Then Folder Options, Then switch to the Tab Named view.

IF the Option Hide extensions for Known File type is Check. Uncheck it. then Apply and press Ok.

Now install REBUG Toolbox

Plug Your USB in the RIGHT Slot. Make sure its in the RIGHT slot.
Now Locate the Option Export Flash to File.

Click it. And Take Your USB OUT When it is Finished.

Now we are Going to Install C2D+ Openssl.

Extract the Folder C2D to the Root of C:

Then install the WIN32Openssl.exe to the Root of C:

Now Plug Your USB into Your Computer and Put Both Your eid_root_key and Your Flash into THE C2D Folder.

RENAME EID_ROOT_KEY TO eid_root_key.bin
RENAME Your flash to flashCEX.bin

it Should now Look Like This

Now if You PRESS CTRL PLUS SHIFT then RIGHT CLICK on an Empty Space in the C2D folder You should see This Option

Click that and You should SEE this

Now Type this in There Making Sure u include The spaces.

Now Press enter and You Should Get this.

Now if You look in the C2D Folder . You have a new File Called
flashDEX.bin

They Must be the Same Size.

Now Here comes an Important Part

IF You have a fat PS3(Nandbin)
Rename the flashCEX.bin to

CEX-FLASH.EID0.NANDBIN
Rename the flashDEX.bin to

DEX-FLASH.EID0.NANDBIN

IF YOU HAVE A SLIM PS3(NORBIN)

Rename the flashCEX.bin to

CEX-FLASH.EID0.NORBIN
Rename the flashDEX.bin to

DEX-FLASH.EID0.NORBIN

Now Put both These two in an Empty Flash Drive.
and Go to Rebug Toolbox.
locate That Option and Choose IT. You will Get a few Warning boxes.Press Yes.

IF IT Forces You to Restart Do so. The dump should be Valid and You will Restart With no Problem.

Now locate This Option in Rebug Toolbox.

And Select it .
Now if You go to System Settings. IT Will Say Rebug 4.21 DEX
Target Type-DEX
LV2 Kernel Type-DEX

Now i Recommend Taking Those Two Flashes on Your USB, And Saving it Somewhere on Your Computer.

Now We are going to Downgrade to 3.55 DEX.

Once Your on 3.55 DEX.
Install PS3ITA 4.50

Now Your on PS3ITA 4.50.

Before You can Sign in.
go to Debug Settings.
Make sure These Settings are Set.

Release Check Mode-Development Mode
Boot Mode-System Software Mode
Network Settings for Debug-Single Settings.

Now Install PS3ITA 4.50 manager

Open it. Press Start , Go to Network Tools then Restore Default ID[EID5}

You will Have to Restore Your Original Console id Each Time You Boot up in order To Go online.
But if You set a New Console id (Not Your Default) You can Set it to Boot the Console id Automatically When the PS3 BOOTS UP.
