Today, an other tutorial on : "How to listen music on PS4 when you're playing a game".
Lets Go :
First :
You have to valide you subscibtion to "Music Unlimitted". You can do this in starting Music unlimitted on the PS4.

Second :
Add some music on you music library

3rd :
Start a music and start a game pressing the PS button.
Then:
To modify the music sound, just go in audio settingsd pressing PS
