First you will need to download the following tools
Photoshop
Raf converter
Audacity
Download in spoiler tag for all three apps
Now that we have these tools

Open up photoshop
Create you image / text and save it as a .png (e.g My Coldboot.PNG)
Now we need to convert the PNG to a raf file.
Open up the raf converter and select the image you saved from photoshop. Just click convert and ignore the other options.
It should create a folder called what ever your picture name and inside that folder should be the cold boot named "coldboot.raf" and a preview. ignore the preview and just take the cold boot out.

AUDIO
Download a song of your choice.
Open it up in audacity
Highlight the part of the song out want and then goto file and export the selected audio (Name it anything)
Now goto the link for the AC3 converted and upload the "exported audio file" and it should convert it to AC3 and then give you a option to download it. so download it. put the audio file (Now in AC3 Format) in a folder and copy it
Name one of the copys "coldboot_stereo" <Without the speech marks
and the other copy "coldboot_multi" <Without the speech marks
Now we have the finished coldboot and audio to go with it
