How To Make A Custom Coldboot

1st) Open Up Paint or Photoshop
2nd) Make A New Project "1920 x 1080" Also Make Transparent
3rd) Now Make What Ever Logo/Text You Want On Your Coldboot Then Save As A .PNG
4th) Download And Extract The .rar File "below"
5th) Now Open Easy Static RAF Converter v1.0a And Load Your Photo .PNG That You Made
6th) Now Click On Show Preview To See What It Looks Like
7th) Now Click On Specify Output
8th) Then Save
9th) Now Go To Your PS3 And Load Up Rebug Tool Box
10th) Now Connect To Your PS3
11th) Open dev_rebug Click On vsh Then Click On Resources Then Scroll Down Intill You Find Coldboot
12th) Now Go To The Folder that RAF Made On Your PC And Open It
13th) Drag The Coldboot Over And Over Write It
