How to make a debug self file??

Can someone bang out a tut or point me the right direction to an existing one?

I have hunted all the usual spots but this seems to elude me....
 
Ill point u to TrueAncestor SELF Resigner v1.91. Check the other trueancestor toolboox pieces too: EDAT Rebuilder v1.42 and PKG Creator v1.0. Those automate most of my needs when im lazy ^^#
