How to make your fake DLC's of COD Ghosts work? ( Maps )

i have a CFW jailbroken PS3, my blu-ray drive is broken, so i have playing with an external HDD with the game on in.
So back when my drive was good, trully that i played on DLC maps in Call of duty ghosts online, the game didnt freeze or anything!! so far so good.
Then one day it just stopped working. so i had another prblem. i formated my ps3 and do i again, but insted of BLES19045/19048 that i cant find it anywhere to download --- if someone got any link for COD GHOSTS BLES19045 let me know------- i have now BLUS31270, and im not finding anyway to play in DLC maps.
Anyone knows something?
