How to permanently change Console I.D.??

Hey Everyone. First of all I use psnpatch and will continue to do it. This isn't for my everyday use, it's for a different, weird situation lol. So anyways, how do I permanently change a console's console id?? Thank you in advance :-D

There are many methods You can use Keep in mind that changing your IDs doesn't necessarily mean your console is banproof. There's still some pretty heavy risks involved

yeah like I said I'm not worried about it, in fact I want the PS3 to be banned lol. I need to flash the system with a banned ID. Thank you for the reply though.
