Hello CC, So if you want to record your ps3 gameplay, you first need to bypass the HDCP signal from your ps3, how do you do that? well, im gonna tell you!
Ps4 has an option to turn off HDCP but unfortunately, the ps3 does not and so you can not record it UNLESS you use an hdmi splitter that bypasses the HDCP signal.
But these hdmi splitters are very hard to find since most of them dont bypass the hdcp signal.
What to get:
Active Splitter
HDMI 1.4 Complaint OR HDMI 2.2 Complaint, this depends on what tv/monitor you use, i recommend the 2.2 because most of the tv's and computer monitors are in version 2.2.
