Hi , i need a tool for LSC Unlock
and that I can tune police vehicles in LSC ( using for SP and MP )


i hope i am right her ( sry for my bad eng , ger its better xD )

Download this Eboot and Update.rpf and put it into dev_hdd000/games/bles or blus watever ur version is inside usdir folder replace both eboot and update.rpf but first make a backup of ur original eboot and update.rpf
