Is Iphone 5s compatible with JB IOS 7.X.X? i recently bought one so i wanna know..

*Edit* iPhone 5s is compatible but im stuck on Configuring System (2/2).

-i have great connection
-im using mac
-im running as an admin
-tried to set priority HIGH
-tried rebooting phone and mac
-tried opening 2 programs at the same time

any help?
