The 4.65 update is not mandatory to play online so there wasnt a scramble to get the new CFW out.
However, there still remains an issue with some CFW owners (typically fats with 4.60 CFW)
There is a new IRISMAN 3.24+ which I've tested on numerous consoles and can say it resolves the issues you've been having.
Make sure you also install the discless addon for whatever firmware you're on (4.60 if you're on 4.60, or the other one for all other CFW, Theres one for 4.65 CFW, but I just wont go there since its not a mandatory update)
