So i have a DEX ps3 i sometimes host on. But i also have a Retail PS3 not modded and i don't play it , So my brother wants to play GTA V with his friends. Will the retail PS3 get banned if we are on the same IP? He will be using a legit copy on GTA V and everything.

I sort of understand what you're asking, but a retail version ps3 won't get banned, but your DEX ps3 will, if u host online and they decide to mac ban you, your ofw ps3 will get banned aswell.
