Following the release of the DS4Lib 1.0 DualShock 4 USB Linux library, developer PlayStation 4 j0lama announced on https://twitter.com/j0lama/status/836343935568068608/photo/1
That it would soon propose a tool Sptofer RTM / RTE for the owners of PS4 under firmware 1.76.
Previously we had seen a mod of the payload of the internet browser allowing to simulate another firmware, in particular to stop the requests of updates.
As the zecoxao reports, the PKG keys are different to change the minimum required firmware for PS4 games and you will also need to spoofer index.dat and X-passphrase to gain access to the PSN.
That said, a PS4 Spoofer RTM / RTE tool would be nice to host and bridge the firmwares, hoping that it will make things happen.
