losing my cex+dex norbin data

Hey guys,
i've got the following problem, i have lose my cex+dex norbin data so i cant swap the lv2 kernel from cex to dex ,
i am on ps3ita 4.50 and i would like to know of you what i should do to bring my ps3 to run :-) i hope you can help me thx :-)
