Need Help bypassing password

Just got a laptop and Im trying to bypass the password, on windows 8.1
Two errors,
One, cant use Kon-Boot 2.5 or other bypassing ware, tried it. Mainly because it always autoloads the Guest account, and there aint much I can do in there.
Tried installing Kali Live so I can crack it, but I cant and pretty much dont know why, I tried doing this, https://forums.kali.org/showthread.php?21641-How-to-EFI-install-Kali-Linux-(Beginner-Ways) but that didnt help,
Who ever helps me with this gets a cookie!!
Any help would be greatly appreciated, Im stuck like a mufuka, hit me back asap.

I recommend putting Linux on a USB and move all your personal files to the USB. When that's finished you can reinstall windows 8.1. That's your safest way. If you use 3rd party apps to by pass the password they could bloat you PC with viruses and possible steal all your info.

Shit, wish I seen this before I reset, but I did get some of my data with EASEUS data recovery, heheh
I should get some windows disc, so I can do this, this seems a little more complex than kon boot, but easy too
