Need help with Call Of Duty Black Ops 3 and Advanced Warfare Sever

Hey guys i need some help as i am getting an error with both Black ops 3 and Advanced warfare. Error code says " Call Of Duty Blackops 3/Advance Warfare Sever is not available at this time. Please try again later"

I have tried the following:

Restarting my Wifi router
Trying different CID/PSIDs
Using a ethernet cable
Using a vpn with a ethernet cable
Resetting my wifi settings
Trying google DNS settings
Trying a mobile data hotspot

I have tried all of these and still getting this error for both games. Can anyone help me fix this ?
