Need help with downgrading/upgrading

Hi all, so i've used the rogero 9.99 downgrader and enabled QA flag. It says 3.55 in system information. However when I try to update with V3.7A in recovery mode, it asks for a firmware 9.99 or above.

Just reinstall the 9.99 downgrader if that doesn't work go to a new firmware then try again if u have any ferthrer questions feel free to ask I had this problem to and fixed it this way
