My PC is on windows 10 I tried to format the PC and now it's on infinite reboot anyone now how to fix it any suggestions please let me know

If you have formated the PC, then there is no operating system so you have to re-install Windows 10.

Use the Window 10 disc. Or bootup to recovery mode by clicking F8 or F11
