NEED HELP WITH ROGERO 999 DOWNGRADER

Hey guys i was on ofw 4.66 and brought an e3 flasher and flashed my ps3 , which went well , then i installed rogero 3.55 downgrader... now my ps3 is stuck on 9.99 . when i install toggle qa ,it installs , but when i run it, the screen goes black and nothing happends.. i also tried multiman and it did the same thing... i desperetly need help guys as spent £50 E3flasher and dont want my money to go down the drain.... also i have tried going into recovery and installing different cfw , ofw and different downgraders but keep getting "data is corrupted"

when u run toggle qa it should go back to the xmb is that what it does?

qa togle then rogero v3.7 your out of 999 and you can go updateagain
