Today I create my own RTM tool to change Console ID And PSID
Support Only HEN

1- Added Change PSID
2- Added Console Info
3- Fixed RTM Stuck
4- Fixed Connect to PS3

- Warning -
You should not type random numbers in the Console ID
It will disable homebrew
Such as MultiMan and others
- You will see an error message when entering or running any application which is - (80010037)
The reason is to type 32 digits consisting of zeros
Like
00000000-00000000-00000000-00000000
Fixing this problem should be like this
00000001-xxxxxxxxx-xxxxxxxx-xxxxxxx
Example
1-00000001-00870006-1005F7FC-83DAE9F2
2-00000001-0085000B-F4003580-24328C05

Make sure the Console ID is working
If you see an error message starting ( 8002A224 ), the Console ID you entered may be Banned or invalid.
To return to normal you need to restart the device
To remind the tool may not work well still under development phase will be adding many options in the coming days
Any problem encountered in using the tool please tell me in the comments so I fix it in the next updates
