Today I Updated My Own RTM tool v4
Support Only HEN

1- Added Support HEN v3.0.0
2- Updated Change CID And PSID
3- Fixed Connect Error
4- Fixed PS3 Freeze After Restart
5- Fixed Some Bugs

1- Added Send PS3 Notfiy
2- Added PS3 Commands ( Shutdown, Restart, Soft Restart, )
3- Added Support HEN v3.0.0
4- Fixed Change PSID
5- Fixed Disconnect
6- Fixed PS3 Stuck Restart
7- Fixed Some Bugs

2- Added Console Info
3- Fixed RTM Stuck
4- Fixed Connect to PS3

- Warning -
You should not type random numbers in the Console ID
It will disable homebrew
Such as MultiMan and others
- You will see an error message when entering or running any application which is - (80010037)
The reason is to type 32 digits consisting of zeros
Like

Fixing this problem should be like this
00000001-xxxxxxxxx-xxxxxxxx-xxxxxxx

If you see a message from a tool asking you to install the CCAPI library
You should download the file and replace PS3Lib.dll and PS3ManagerAPI.dll
I'll leave a download link for this two files
