this weekend PlayStation 3 homebrew developer unkof has once again updated PS_Unban v0.2.1 with a new PS3 console ID for 3.55 / 4.21 / 4.30 CFW users.

1.Downgrade to 3.55
2.back up games
3.install PS UNBAN pkg on your ps3
4.run pkg
5.welcome back to psn

. use pkg viewer to view the pkg then retrieve the EBOOT.BIN, unself it (EBOOT.ELF) then open it with hex viewer, search for hex value 00000008 than it will show the id that is encrypted in the pkg.

Does it unban the actual ID, or just spoofs you online somehow? If it unbans the cID, which I highly doubt it does, it would be really helpful to the community as then someone could've just unbanned all the 184 ID's we have released here on CC.
I doubt it's that easy though Is it?
And wouldn't it be possible to resign this PKG to higher firmwares? That would be great, as the downgrading process is a real hassle.

How to get an ID from any PS UNBAN tools without downgrading to 3.55
1 - Use PkgView to view the package
2- Go to USDIR and retrieve EBOOT.BIN
3- Use any tool that you might have/find to decrypt the EBOOT from a .BIN to .ELF
4- Once you have decrypted the EBOOT to and .ELF, use HEX viewer (HxD) to open the .ELF
5- Go to the ''SEARCH'' button in the top right corner then click on FIND
6- Search for 00000001 in a text-string format
7- The ID is going to be the number above the 00000001008...
8- Put them together and add 32 zeros, and that's going to be the full CID.
