PS3 3.55 REBUG TO 4.30?

Can i just plug in the USB with the ps3 and update folder and in it a rebug 4.21 renamed to PS3UPDAT.PUP? And then update it with the storage medium thingy update

Yes just update it as normal and it should install.

Lol, yesterday my PS3 was bricked but now it's unbricked and on Rogero 3.55 CEX, can anyone help me update to 4.21.2 REX? Because it says
The Data is Corrupted 8002F157 when i try to update.

I already did that but now my PS3 is Bricked, it is in an update loop...

When i start it up it just updates all the time.. I think its my HDD but yesterday i had the same and i left my ps3 off for a night and then it worked today
