PS3 CONNECT FAILED MW3 RTM. HELP

Ok so i want to mod MW3 but for some reason my RTM tools will not connect, i have the same problem with black ops 2, but no need to worry about that game considering you get ban in about 2.5 seconds. ANYWAY ive tried many diffrent tools, but i do not think its the tool thats having the problem i either think its my debug settings or just straight out my PS3 is gay. If you could help i would very much i appraciate it! Thanks! (** NOTE- i am using a debug eboot for MW3 1.24, ALSO Ghost works perfect! i have no problems connecting my tools to that game, i have yet to try MW2 because i havnt gotten the game, i lost it somewhere. **)

So you're on DEX. I'm on CEX and all the tools works perfect to me except Black Ops 1 ; with every tool when I try to attach the game freezes and I don't know why. Anyway for MW3, try to put a normal EBOOT.BIN, of the last patch ( or you must have a debug eboot? I dont know that, I never used DEX ) if not, try to put the normal eboot.
